The residents will be receiving care and support from qualified medical professionally trained staff (doctors, nurses, doctor’s assistants. Assuming that one doctor/nurse will take care of no more than 10 patients, doctor’s assistant - no more than 5 patients).

The center will provide therapeutic care, including diabetes, heart disease and patients facing problems with blood pressure, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, Parkinson’s disease patients.

Experienced doctors in the center will use professional latest technology medical equipment to diagnose and monitor the above- mentioned diseases. In urgent cases where seniors will need more intensive care the center’s staff will bring patient to the specialized medical institutions by the center’s transport, accompanied by staff.

Post-regeneration treatment with anti-aging medical protocols is to be performed:

The sports center will be equipped with specially adapted trainers for physical activities for seniors, it will have two multifunctional sports halls, an aerobics/dance hall, a yoga studio, a sauna and a massage center. It is expected that residents will be able to use the care center. Equestrian centers and a golf courses are to be located on the area.
