TDA Investment is advancing a 43-hectare regenerative-medicine senior hospitality development in Sydney, Australia, designed as a flagship model for next-generation longevity care. The project will integrate medical wellness, assisted living, and premium hospitality across 267 rooms, combining evidence-based regenerative treatments with a resort-style residential environment. Envisioned as a long-term, future-ready asset, the development aims to set a new benchmark for senior living by uniting clinical excellence, lifestyle comfort, and nature-integrated design within one expansive, purpose-built campus.
AUSTRALIA
TDA Investment is the fund entity behind Longevity Island, a pioneering destination that combines regenerative medicine, luxury hospitality, and nature-centric living. Longevity Island is a 930,000 sqm landmark development designed to accommodate a community of 4,000 residents across 3,272 wellness-integrated villas, complemented by a luxury boutique resort featuring golf, hospitality, and advanced longevity services. The masterplan includes a world-class medical centre serving both residents and hotel guests, providing regenerative medicine, preventive care, and long-term health programmes within the island’s nature-led environment.
UAE
TDA Investment has acquired a 13-hectare plot in San José for the development of a state-of-the-art senior care centre. The planned construction footprint is approximately 12,000 m², designed to accommodate advanced healthcare, residential, and communal facilities.
Based on the current development schedule, the project is expected to be delivered within 29–30 months.
The estimated project commencement is April 2026, with anticipated completion and operational readiness targeted for May–June 2028.
